Somewhere around the early 80's when MLK became a non paid holiday the place I worked had approx 20 blacks working there. A couple of them knew they could demand the day off, without pay and couldn't be refused. A couple wanted to stay, work, get paid for the day. The rest ganged up on them, pretty much forced them to leave.
What did they do on heir day off? Went to the race track.

Maybe somebody can help me. Why didn't the DA throw in some manslaugther and aggravated assault charges into the indictment to hedge his bets? Seems strange.

That’s all well and good but the accused came to the meet with the knife with the intent of enticing the victim into a confrontation. They had history and the prosecution will prove the murder was premeditated.

the entirety of the evidence the public has seen, which doesn’t include the unabridged CC footage, is going to be a slam dunk murder conviction.
this animal left his house in the morning with every intent of provoking the specific scenario in which he could murder a white kid with the slight chance of ‘self defense’. won’t know until tomorrow at the earliest, but everyone and their dog should be pissed if the state isn’t seeking the death penalty. there’s no rehabilitating this. cathartic justice, the end

This is nothing new. That’s what they do. They never pick the right side, only their side while theynpiss on you and tell you it’s raining.
Another key fact that I haven’t seen here was that we was suspended from school at this time and was not allowed to be there but still went. He wasn’t there as a participant. He went there clearly to cause an issue and the more this plays out, I’m not sure if there was any history prior, but it damn sure looks pre meditated

A news Facebook page out of Little Rock called LRHN (Little Rock Hood News..go figure) posted this trial and a “picture of the jury” it was all white people….how in the frick could someone have gotten a picture of the chosen jury?? It was blatant AI and those dumbfricks posted it trying to fear monger and rally the troops and allies. So annoying

A hung jury isn’t an acquittal.
The state can try again and, if the evidence is as strong as claimed, they will.

It based on evidence I’d think they can’t have a hung jury if one is doing their job. Evidence is evidence. And he clearly went where he didn’t belong, had a weapon and used it. That’s enough right there.

This assumes the jury is doing their job and not either trying to nullify the case or outright intimidated into refusing to convict.

A few years ago during that episode at Sammy’s with the judge and the black girl, it was revealed that the black girl had once been arrested and had a warrant out for not making the 79k restitution payments and she said that it was no big deal as most people get arrested.
Mindset of a good portion of that race is unbelievable.
