I went from a floating laminate to LVP in 22 and it’s all coming out now. I live in a raised house on a plywood subfloor and I’ve learned and believe Snap and lock LVP is not made for that application. There was an issue with the install as underlayment was on the planks and the original “vapor barrier” was re used. Come to find out the vapor barrier was the old padding from the original floor. So that slight addition in height caused a bunch of joints to break and the floor to start chipping up.

I’ve had the ceramic that looks like wood planks and that is def the most durable item out there but it’s tile. I could never get use to the LVP and it always just felt “cheap” to me. Not that it is, I just could never get use to it coming from wood and laminate.

I hate to seem insensitive or sound like a douche but as political this is, I really wonder the depth and validity of these “victims”. I do believe they JE did some bad shite with some powerful people and not down playing that at all. But I really wonder how many of these “victims” that are appearing in TV now were legal and of age that decided to partake in high end massages for good money but are now claiming victim. I guess technically they are victims in one way but how many of them were trafficked and made to do things against their will.

I’ve been a member of Endymion and have ridden since the late 90s and a lieutenant of Bacchus since 06. Ridden both back to back for many years. It seems that Endymion is always the ones freaking out about weather. I have ridden in thunderstorms and rain and it’s the cards you are dealt. I remember riding in 2012 when Endymion tried pulling out last min and were told to roll tonight or not at all as they missed their window to re schedule. That was a monsoon but all was fine. All this is coming is a front with a little rain and then done. Just suck it up.
