Because with the BCS, it was most always an argument of the top 2 and 3,4 are more deserving. Then after 4, it was 5-6 are more deserving, then 6 its was BS. Now you have 12 and we still have controversy on those as who those 12 are and how we have to include shitty conf champions included (ig Tulane if they win). Only way to fully settle this is go to 32. Take the top 32 and do a full play off. No more crying about here or there or which 2 loss team is better than 3 loss teams in who they played. That’s the only clear solution. Div 2 and high school do it.
This may make the reg season less competitive however. If we go back down or whatever we do, the “committee” needs to be replaced with a BCS type formula and needs to be based on factors other than just win and loss. ND should not get in over TX. And I hate TX. But it’s crap like that on why it’s dumb. Lay it all out and get into the top 32 teams and run the playoff

May be nothing, but I have the same feeling I had when Saban went to Bama in 06. Numbers leaked but so did meetings and plane rides and special yoga classes. Nothing leaked was black and white factual. Could be true to A T however nothing was actual official and just basically a rumor

LSU bs ole miss as a program and possibilities are night and day. Ole miss can’t even come close to what we can offer. He knows that and I do think he’s coming and knows that. Things can still change and I won’t say it’s 100% until he’s signed, but I do thing at this moment he is coming and everyone that needs to know knows. He wants to see the season through. He knows what we have to offer and sees his legacy infront of him. Ontop of his yearly salary, the nil commitment is a no brainer and he’s just trying to do the right thing for his players.
