So the "Metcalf" rally is two people, one of which carrying the stars and bars? LOLOLOL

No, that's not a set up at all.

People are pure evil. Every person in that video is what is wrong with America today.

I don’t think thats actually restricted for adults. That length isnt a location restricted knife.

Is it a fake or expired sign that the business uses to falsely state that the law requires no handguns inside instead of it really being their choice?

Since the thug was 17 at the time they need to get pissed at the Supremes.

Regardless of that based on what has been consistently reported it also doesn’t fit a capital murder charge in Texas anyway. If it had met a capital murder charge a 17 year old can still be tried and convicted of a capital murder in Texas but will get life with parole instead of the death penalty or life without parole.

This shite is going going to boil, isn't it? Soon it won't be about the trial, but the crowd division and videos.

A 51% sign (for non Texans) means that the business gets 51% of it's revenue from Alcohol, and therefore firearm carry is illegal (no alcohol is available for purchase, at all.) They can ban carry with properly displayed 30.06 and/or 30.07 signs, but they don't bother to do any real research on attempting to legally restrict the rights of Texans.

Austin Metcalf's coach takes the stand

Rob Starr, 41, the head track coach and (assistant/LB) football coach at Frisco Memorial High School, where Austin Metcalf attended, has been called to testify by the prosecution.

Starr explained how the team tent situation works at track meets.

'As far as the tent specifically, basically the tent marks your spot,' he said, adding that the tent acts as a home base for the student athletes during the meet.

'That tent is a safe area for your team. Usually, you have a coach there that hangs out there all the time.'

The coach noted that it is district policy for students to stay under their own school's tent and not be under an opposing school's tent.

'It is a big deal to keep people out from underneath your tent,' Starr said. 'In track culture, you know that you just don't go under someone's tent uninvited, or even if invited.'

He also said weapons of any kind are banned.

Starr told the jury that he’d tasked Anthony – who was a discus and shot put thrower, as well as a football player – and a few other teammates with leading that day, which meant setting up the tent and moving equipment.

Austin Metcalf's coach sobs as he recalls star athlete's stabbing

Austin Metcalf's track coach cried on the stand as he recounted seeing the star athlete after he had been stabbed by Karmelo Anthony.

'What I do see is Austin on the ground and his face is purple and he has a big hole in his chest,' Starr said, adding that he ran back to the tent.

He said Metcalf's twin brother, Hunter, pointed at Anthony and Starr went over to where he was.

'I asked [Anthony]. He said he point (put) his hands on me. [Anthony] was hysterical,' Starr said.

'I jumped the gate and I went to Hunter, and he was hysterical. I just knelt down and I just prayed with him.'

Starr sobbed, 'I just knew Austin was gone.'

Prosecutor asks if Anthony look different from day of stabbing

The prosecutor in the murder trial asked Starr if Anthony looked different today from when the day he stabbed Austin Metcalf.

'Yes sir, he's clean cut today,' the coach responded.

Starr knew Austin for a year and Hunter for two years before Austin's death.

Courtroom in tears as Starr testimony continues

Several members of the public in the courtroom are crying as the court saw a text message that Starr sent Austin one day after he died.

'Love you man. Sorry I didn't say that enough,' the text read.

Metcalf's father, Jeff, was seen wiping away tears as the court saw the exhibit.

That seemed to be Karmelo's thinking as well. Must be common with these "people."

Coach tells how he had to hold off Memorial track team members angry about the stabbing
Coach Hooper said he had to hold back another member of the Memorial High School track team that was angry about the stabbing.

'He stabbed my brother,' the black Memorial teammate allegedly said of Metcalf, before explaining that he was on the same football team with him and they were like family.

He had been so upset by the stabbing, he wanted to physically attack Anthony, the coach claimed.

Probably the only time Anthony had real fear of getting beat up was when Austin’s teammates went after him for murdering their friend and teammate.
