Morning all! I’m out in Lafayette I haven’t been down to rockefeller in almost 10 years but I’m looking to go catch some crabs. First off what kinda license do I need if any and also anyone got a good place to go that’s roadside? Not trying to have some coonass run me off from “their spot” any info helps! I’m a PICU nurse and I’ve seen some kids just chill intubated and play their phones like it’s no big deal. In my experience anyone intubated is on some pretty serious sedation but it really depends on the vent settings.
Especially some step siblings

A news Facebook page out of Little Rock called LRHN (Little Rock Hood News..go figure) posted this trial and a “picture of the jury” it was all white people….how in the frick could someone have gotten a picture of the chosen jury?? It was blatant AI and those dumbfricks posted it trying to fear monger and rally the troops and allies. So annoying

I wanna say 12-14 depends because by sophomore year most kids are starting to drive
Vermillion catholic now includes pre-k -12th so it looks as if this only effects the kids up to 8th grade for now
Should be pretty interesting to see how they try and enforce this

VERMILION PARISH, La. (KLFY)– Vermilion Catholic in Abbeville is implementing new policies governing student use of social media, artificial intelligence and technology beginning with the 2026-2027 school year.
Under the new policy, students through eighth grade will be prohibited from maintaining social media accounts. School leaders said the changes are designed to protect students online, promote healthy technology habits and reduce distractions. The policy will expand to include ninth-grade students during the 2027-2028 school year.
The social media policy defines prohibited platforms broadly and includes sites such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch and Roblox, among others.
