Apparently, the dad also said in an interview that an AK47 was the "solution" to dealing with the church.

An interview with who?! You can't say shite like that these days. How did he not get arrested and charged with terroristic threats??

We keep hearing that these kinds of threats were made. If you have witnesses or evidence it needs to be documented and go to the police. They could get some type of protective order from the courts I would think.

Yeah. Coming back after the kid is down and out and kicking him in the head as hard as he can is cool. No way that could have killed him or broke his neck.

Personally it didn’t look like he kicked him as hard as he could to me, lol. I realize Tony Spell crossed the street, but it looked like the little douchebag 20 year old incel threw the first punch. It was an arse whipping but the pastor stopped in an appropriate amount of time to me. He could have easily kept going. Go to the 55 second mark and tell me if this looks like it was as hard as he could possibly kick someone. He looked tired after he beat his arse to me. KSLA news website

The pastor/church refused to comply with lockdowns.

This is the main reason the media doesn’t like him. The media loved the lockdowns more than anything. Government control is what they want.

I know a lot has changed since the late 80s into the 2000s, but I really feel like society has become very soft. There was a time if someone did what this dude did it was expected he would get an arse beating. It didn't matter if he was standing on the roof of his own house or in the parking lot at the grocery store.

Posted yesterday? After I asked about church recordings!

An interview with a lady who says every Sunday they are out there yelling racial slurs and that they are going to rape people. This has gone on for 6 years.

Tony Spell interviewing a lady days after he was arrested is all the proof I need.

6 years every Sunday around 300 times so far.

Makes complete sense that a white family can consistently yell racial slurs at a bus load of kids and adults from the Brookstown area and it go completely unnoticed until Spell kicks a guy in the head. Gravy or Silky would have been all over this.

If it’s just words, then do you really want to live in a society that condones violence just for words? That’s exactly what blacks do and everyone here calls them animals with fascinating behavior. Blacks get disrespected and start shooting. Unless this preacher and those like him get charged and convicted for attacking someone for mere words, society is no better off than what occurs in the ghettos.

Your conflating these two things. I think there is a huge difference between the two. There is a lot that can be said for the need to get your arse whipped for talking shite and constantly harassing someone. As a matter of fact, I'd rather that happen than gunplay getting involved. Just let the hands fly.

What I am surprised about is, the father is on record talking about wanting to use an AK on them. Is in a photo holding a handgun. I am really surprised he hasn't attempted to shoot or kill the pastor. He must not have been home during the assault, because i think the pastor would have been shot.

I get a kick out of watching Spell kick that kid's arse. lol. I have watched the video too many times to count.

If I were that kid, I would have crawled back to my house, erased the tape, and kept my mouth shut after that beat down by an old man.

fascinating behavior

Fascinating behavior is 20 ppl brawling on a cruise ship, in a casino and airport. Or two youths climbing through a drive thru window and destroying the place because their order was wrong. Or someone murdering someone at a HS track meet of all places. Or rioting and looting and burning shite down because a lowlife criminal died.

Two men getting in a simple fist fight in which no one died is not fascinating behavior.

Spell ran all the way across the street to throw hands. I can’t imagine how that was justified

Initially justified as agitator threw first punch/es.

Spell’s problem is his prolonged beating of the guy.

This lawyer is a complete idiot for letting his client give a press conference. All will be used against him in court. No telling what he will say.

Going back and kicking someone in the head is not an ordinary fistfight.

The primary reason you are struggling in this thread

I’m not struggling. Most of yall are letting your emotions decide what is right or wrong. What’s proper is to let the law decide. Not street justice.

You want street justice to rule? Not me.

What about Gary Plouche? Most everyone here agrees he did the right thing by taking justice into his own hands right? Well then why did the DA charge him and he subsequently plead guilty to a crime?

Because resorting to street justice is a bad idea for society. The DA can’t signal approval for such a thing.

Right now, I'm waiting to see if anyone can produce some sort of evidence that they went to the police before all this occurred.

That's what will decide this, ultimately. Making a post afterwards is pointless.

Spell has alleged that the harrassment has been ongoing, and that the police were contacted multiple times and ignored it, and he had no other recourse. The police say they have one complaint from Spell in the past 4 years.

Somebody's lying. If it's Spell, it's to try to cover his arse for this (felony battery). If it's the city, that's a whole other can of worms, that every resident in the city needs to be aware of. The Central PD is only a couple miles down the same road, and the sheriff has a substation not much further on Gurney. Somebody would be able to respond in a timely manner. At the very least, you should get "we came out and didn't see anything".

And just out of curiosity, WTF is "French television" doing interviewing a meth head in a trailer in Central? And how do people even know about that?

Imagine being a video game playing pussy trying to provoke a preacher while filming the whole thing and then getting your arse beat to the ground.

I agree with this most of the time. But what was this guy supposed to do? Wait until the crazies shoot him or a loved one? Let them rape his kids or grandkids and then let the law decide what to do with them? Nah. These bozos had it coming

I think Pastor Spell was wrong for beating this jackass up and should have been arrested.

But quite frankly, a little bit of wrong needed to happen to straighten this a-hole out. He called down the thunder and he got it.

Spell was arrested and this doofus neighbor will be choking on humble pie every time he pulls in his drive way.

Everyone got what they deserved, but I am sure Spell will be just fine.

Do we know for sure these crazies actually threatened to rape and kill his wife and kids, or is that solely based on what Spell has said?

Because Spell is also saying he's filed multiple complaints with the police and they have denied that.

I don't know. Im not on Facebook, all I've seen is a photo of trailer trash grabbing their crotch. That's trashy, but isn't a stated threat.

If he did make those threats, then Spell has right to be concerned. Especially considering his position and visibility. He should have called the cops, should have got a restraining order.
