2 hour youtube link, just skip around

Kind of inspired by that topic last week about Kensington, Philadelphia and talking about the worst neighborhoods in the country.

No homeless camps, no graffiti, clean streets and sidewalks, buildings look well kept. How sad is it that this is Japan's (and one of the world's) largest cities, and this is considered the worst part of the city.

I can think of at least one big reason large Japanese cities are cleaner than large American cities.

Bring a black light into a massage parlor and let’s see if it passes that test

I’m guessing they don’t have food stamps or EBT cards.

So a homogenous society that prides itself on honor is clean, well kept and lacking drugs...

They cram people in tiny box apartments though. Friend lives with his wife, kid and two inlaws in a two room apartment(one main room and a bathroom) in Tokyo

To the poorest Japanese blare Music?

There’s a difference between poor people and trash.

Trash must be disposed of or sent to a recycling facility where salvageable items can be converted to something of use or otherwise Incinerated.

Looks better than most of Philadelphia. They don't even lock their bicycles down.
