Sounds like you are like most people these days. Their religion is politics. “Chin diaper”. Seriously? We have devolved as a culture.

Yes. Pews are socially distanced and there’s zero mask enforcement...wear them if you feel the need. < 10% of the congregation wears a mask.

I haven’t missed many. Once masses started back last spring, they were outside. Then when it got too hot it was inside with every other pew skipped.

When mask mandate came about, it was “highly suggested” but ever required in our church. Sometimes I wear it only to communion if I’m at the mass where its mostly older people.

Pews are no longer marked off to be skipped.

Yes. We have to wear masks here in the Atlanta Archdiocese and distance seating.

It's a heck of a lot better than the alternative(virtual).

Of course. We’ve been back for many months. I don’t consider wearing a mask to be any real deterrent. Then again, I want to be with the church, hear great sermons live, and sing hymns loudly.

Went to Mass today. Wore a mask. Remained socially distanced.

My faith in the Holy Trinity is of great consolation. We are consoled by the fact that His plan is much greater than anything of this world. His plan offers me hope. Without that faith and hope, what else do we have?

You are skipping eating the Body & Blood of Christ because you have to wear a mask? Pretty lame.

I was going to post something similar to this. You summed it up well.

No, I haven’t been to mass since last March. I got my second immunization on Monday, so I plan to attend tomorrow.

Will they kick you out if you do not wear a mask? Call a few chuches and ask if you can attend without a mask. If they say know ask them what will they do if you show up without a mask.

Of course. I don't wear a mask. I'd say about 90% are masked. I bet less than that, today.
