Not the poster you’re responding to, but it’s not hard to find. It was in the 90’s. His company (he was the CEO) paid the largest (at the time) medicare fraud settlement in history. The company was convicted of multiple felonies, and now he’s a US Senator.

Then there’s Philip Esformes, who was accused of $1.3 billion in Medicare fraud and convicted in 2019. His 20 year prison sentence was commuted a year later.

The case in OP is fricked up, but nowhere near a record when it comes to Medicare fraud.

No, they got caught because they were incredibly arrogant and never even considered Trump becoming POTUS again.

It makes you wonder how close the country is to start defaulting on the National Debt. If we knew (and the ultimate fallout) people would be shitting fish bones.

Now that the petrodollar is dead it’s probably pretty close

Must have been a thing for compounding pharmacies. I know of a similar case involving spouse of a coworker.

Medicare fraud is the biggest thing in the country. When nobody knows what something costs or who is paying for each service, it it ripe for fraud.

If the government is so fricking inept that they allow these people to steal this much fricking tax money from us, I can’t even type in so mad.

Not inept, profiting from it. You pay taxes, they get paid. They take that pay then buy votes with it. Rinse and repeat. It's the entire NGO industry as well.

Son of a fricking bitch why do people not go nuts over this shite? I’m so fricking done.

Because the majority of this country profits from it. You don't think people vote democrat out of the goodness of their hearts do you?

Now shut the frick up, get back to work, and pay your taxes.

Now this is what I voted for.
I can assure you that one instance of Medicaid fraud in California is not making it to the desk of the President of the United States.

Wait, so you're suggesting the effort being put in by this administration was not directed by the president? The same fraud that happened without any concern whatsoever by the previous administration?

The way they pull this off is always mind blowing to me when I have Passport (KY) Medicaid up the arse of private practice clinicians in small groups over not providing a person’s PCP/GP’s name in our documentation and wanting to clawback session reimbursement.

Really?

I'm not confused about it at all. Democrats are using it to kick the money back to themselves. Not that complicated.

Scott Bissent stated Medicaid fraud is between 10 and 20% of the total budget if not higher.

For some reason, there's not a real effort to curb these people. I wonder how big the flow is back to politicians and their families?
