They get pissed but he has a lease so the law cant remove him. In one instance he found out the squatter had a fear of snakes and had someone loan him a bunch of pythons and other non venomous snakes. She moved out that day.
He also said if the squatter is on probation he just brings a firearm into the home and the police can then take him away for a parole violation.
Modern problems require modern solutions.

Counter-squatters are awesome.
They also play loud music at night, cook smelly food, etc. Be horrible roommates.

I bet an OT go fund me would spur an eviction and create an TD rental investment fund that would be profitable annually and twice as exciting to be part of
