I honestly had no idea there was a difference between CST and CDT until right now this second.

Oh, that reminds me of another one I forgot about, and need to add to the OP. I absolutely can't stand people that use "adult" as a verb. Like "I've been adulting all day and just need a glass of wine!!!!!" I fricking hate that so, so much.

When out to eat with a group and someone asks what I am getting to eat. It shouldn't bother me, but it does, and I typically respond "What's it matter?".

That's a good one. It doesn't bother me, but it's perfect for this thread.

It sounds as if they are just repeating something they heard, its takes everything in me to not yell out and correct them or tell them why what they said isn't accurate at all.

I know what I don't know so I don't engage in conversations about what I don't know. I'll listen because I am always willing to learn something, but I am not going to make myself look dumb by trying to sound like I know what I am talking about.

this is why the OP included you as something that is legit annoying

Red lights.

I’m convinced that I have a device on my truck that alerts the boxes on the poles that I’m near. It interrupts my momentum and keeps me from where I’m going.

Total nonsense, but it is what it is.

Or a congratulatory email for a work anniversary or whatever that is sent to the entire area/district/company, and people "reply all" to say congrats.

Also, adults using snapchat.

We all know what it was originally used for, I get it. But honestly, that’s all it really needs to be used for. Snapchat does absolutely nothing that a text message can’t accomplish.

What type of grass? I leave mine about an inch higher than my neighbor does. We both have St. Aug and he pays someone to scalp his yard. The worst part is they can't cut a straight line on the edge of the property so they always slightly weave in and out of my side yard.

These assholes always like to point out how much YOU'RE sweating too. It's 104 outside and we've been working outside most of the day, and these people will always look at you and say something like "dude why are you so sweaty? We didn't even work that hard"

When headlines say so-and-so “breaks their silence” about topic. Very often nobody was asking for that person’s opinion

When there’s a mile long line of stop and go traffic and some chucklefrick cruises all the way to the front using an empty exit land and then tries to get in. I also hate the people in line who just buckle and let them in. I leave a literal 2ft between me and the car in front of me to refuse entry to any of the cheaters.

When you are not apologizing and someone says “no worries,” “you’re good,” or the like. Typically exhibited by gen Z kids in my experience

When people make assumptions and think they’re right about everything even if they’re unqualified in the subject

People who demand you say good morning/afternoon when passing them in a workplace.. not saying it’s not nice to do so, but it should be optional and I can hear in some people’s tones when they say it as I walk by that they think it is compulsory and are offended that I hadn’t acknowledge them

When people who are intimately familiar with one line of work act like you’re a dumbass if you don’t somehow inexplicably know their jargon/processes. It’s most often jobs which require few skills (e.g. a Popeye’s worker scoffing at you because you don’t know where the button on their fryer is)
