Add Philadelphia, Baltimore, N.Y., LA and Atlanta and we aren't even on the first page.

You can’t tell me that Nigeria or Libya or any corrupt third world nation is going to accurately report violent crime by which the rest of the world can judge them by. These type of reports will always be inaccurate.
