Your job.

quote:
The strongest predictor of men’s happiness and well-being is their job satisfaction, by a large margin—and the strongest predictor of job satisfaction is whether men feel they are making an impact on their companies’ success.
This measure, the study finds, is influenced by whether men feel they are using their own unique talents at work, whether they are surrounded by a diverse set of perspectives, how easily and often they can chat with co-workers, whether they feel their opinions are valued, and whether they’re inspired by the people they work with.

And if you are she probably ain’t happy either.

I can 100% get behind this message. We spend so much time at work through the week that if you hate it then it’s hard not to bring it home.

That;s why a happy job is important. If she ain't happy work later.

If she ain't happy, he ain't happy.
I will never understand women who seek out men for money. If a man can pay his own bills, that’s enough for me. Why can’t women earn their own money and buy their own things instead of using someone else to do it for them?

Work is one of God’s many good gifts.
“According to the Bible, we don’t merely need the money from work to survive; we need the work itself to survive and live fully human lives.” -Tim Keller
However, ultimate happiness should not come from work itself, but from the one who created the economy in which we participate. That is, everyone working together to serve God’s ends, whether they realize it or not.
Keller again: “ Work—and lots of it—is an indispensable component in a meaningful human life. It is a supreme gift from God and one of the main things that gives our lives purpose. But it must play its proper role, subservient to God.”

I like my job most of the time but I'd retire tomorrow if I could afford it. I've been doing this shite for 20 years at this point. I guess I'm the statistical outlier here

This measure, the study finds, is influenced by whether cisgendered men feel they are using their own cisgendered white male unique talents at work with the utmost discretion and care
towards eliminating their toxic masculinity and white oppression , whether they are surrounded by a diverse set of non-white and queer perspectives and non-white people (including and especially open-minded cuckolding cisgendered females), how easily and often they can chat with cisgendered non-white and woke male co-workers only, whether they feel their white opinions are valued dead last and whether they’re inspired by the minority and LGBTTQQIAAP (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, transsexual, queer, questioning, intersex, asexual, ally, pansexual) people they work with.
FIFY.
Keep f*ckin' round and get ya raggedy cisgendered hetero oppressive racist ageist toxic masculine, who am I leavin out, white arse canceled.
