Will this one do?
Unfortunately, due to a family conflict we will miss the two day 600 mile road tour this year. NRCA 2026 road tour maps

Parents almost but me one when I was 16 until they priced insurance. $2k a year for a $500 car.

I wonder how the Super Tucano and Beechcraft AT-6 Wolverine pilots feel about the ULM Warhawks football helmets.
I love them myself.

Me too. I had a red 1972 model when I was in college. It was in the shop every other month, but other than that it was a ton of fun.
As for the plane, I watched a show on YT a couple of months ago on the women pilots that flew the planes from the factory to the various bases. It sounds simple, but it was hugely risky to fly planes that had no testing through German fighters that were looking for easy kills.

Talk about holding onto a historical high point. It really shows Britain is in the dumpster.

P-40 would be better. Profile better setup for a turboprop.

Only after they strapped a Merlin in her. Before that, she had rather poor high altitude performance. But once the Mustang was given the Rolls-Royce Merlin Engine, it became the best fighter of WWII.

Mr. Vader, the F4U Corsair is on Line 1...

No doubt she’s in the conversation. But she gets points deducted for being known as the “Ensign Eliminator.”

Still one of the sexiest aircraft ever made.

My favorite British aircraft has to be the De Havilland Mosquito.
The Mosquito FB Mk. VI was often flown in special raids, such as Operation Jericho (an attack on Amiens Prison in early 1944), and precision attacks against military intelligence, security, and police facilities (such as Gestapo headquarters). On 30 January 1943, the 10th anniversary of Hitler being made chancellor and the Nazis gaining power, a morning Mosquito attack knocked out the main Berlin broadcasting station while Hermann Göring was speaking, taking his speech off the air.
This was an airplane made mostly of wood. It had an airspeed of 400mph, no need for machine guns just out run them, it was "stealth" as far as the radar of that time.

It was like putting two V-8 Rolls-Royce engines on a pine wood derby car.

I don't know about those other folks, but Tchefuncte Tiger loves them.

I’d throw in a bid for the P-38 with its extended range.

I met Robin Olds at a few reunions, dude flew a lot of fighters, he said the Mustang was his favorite, he had kills in the P-38, the Mustang, and the F-4
