I went to a Liberal Arts University in the early 2000s. Worst I experienced was a girl that would pull her hair in class and braid it at her desk. And there was another guy that freaked out in the dorms during finals and smeared shite over several doors in the hall.
There were lots of weird art kids and drama majors, but I never saw anything this unhinged. Mostly it was just sex, drugs and punk rock.

Let's place the blame on this one where it actually goes. This isn't the cops fault, and it's not the poor confused guy's fault. That dude is obviously mentally deficient and honestly shouldn't be walking the streets. He needs to be in a mental facility. This is society's fault, it's the fault of liberals.
