The Abu Ghraib prison was pretty messed up

I came across the Wikipedia article on this prison and the torture that was committed by U.S. soldiers. Apparently some completely dehumanizing and humiliating things were done to the prisoners. The article has lots of pictures, many of which are disturbing. The soldiers who did this got convicted and only served a few years in prison before getting released.

GTFO with that liberal BS link. Yes they made dudes strip naked and did some stupid “interrogation techniques” like the naked pyramid and scaring them with dogs but I have yet to see a single allegation of murder or sodomy. That link tells me all I need to know with it’s reference to “conservative media” because it fails to mention “liberal media” which far far outweighs the previous.
Frankly, while the behavior of those soldiers was embarrassing and wrong, worse has been done to fraternity pledges in college.

I like how the sympathizers equate the torture to fraternity hazing. Getting human poo smeared all over your body, having to jerk off in front of people, being forced to felate other prisoners..like what kind of fraternity were you in?

The biggest bullshite in this story bringing brought up now is how the actions here were deemed worthy of a ten year prison sentence in cases, but Bergdahl gets zero jail time.

As I recall, didn't the US government forces have foreigners do the really heavy lifting type of tortures.....including being tortured to death.
Under US law the US prison guards would have been culpable for murder and it is a source of legal contention why they were not actually prosecuted for that.

I don't give a frick. To me they weren't humans. They don't deserve any rights or humane treatment. Get the info you need out of them by any means necessary. They won't give up their buddies with tea biscuits and hugs
