This seems like the appropriate place to ask a question that I have always wondered about...and wondered if anyone else ever thought about.

I thought so too. I’ve seen several of them lately and it’s a good looking car. It’s no e46, but still interesting. Most have been in darker matte finishes so the grill isn’t as obvious. Idk if these colors are normal or if there a PTS/Individual option.

We will get used to it I'm sure. I didn't like the e90's when they first came out, then they looked normal.

Whoever is in charge of BMW design went out of their way to top the Bangle era cars. It sucks because these correct cars would look great with a normal grille.

I’ve only seen the one 4 series in our work parking lot. I swear it looks like the car is yelling at me.
I showed my wife a pic of the car cause she loves BMW, thinking she might think it’s horrible looking.

Bangle's designs aged from "I can kind of see what he was thinking there, but it's weird" to "that actually looks really good."
