Take care of your feet

Not as familiar with the NBA as I used to be but I recently saw an interview with Wemby. Don’t know much about him other than his notoriety but he seems like a good young man. That’s nice to see and hopefully he maintains that virtue as his wealth and fame grows.
Aside from that, in so many words, he said that your feet are your anchor.
At this point in my life, I fricking get it.
