on the school bus, she hit the boy. She was later expelled from the school.

These educators are such pansies, the bus or bus pick up is where a lot of shite went down back in the day.

They reportd the little girl. In the video her lawyer said the DA declined charges.

Sounds like the DA needs his hard drive probed.

The little shite made CP of a classmate. Just fricking kill him, he's a future pedophile.

While the boy should receive an arse kicking, if it is a standard "deep fake" child porn is a bit far.

Having said thay, IF the deep fake was her face being put into child porn... Burn him at the stake.

It doesn't fricking matter what the source material was. She's a child.

I think they were saying the school reported the girl that was the victim of the CP for assault, and the DA declined the assault charges.

Why wasn’t it reported to the police?

The school would t let her call her dad. You think they would let her call the police?

We would be naïve to think that a school would want the police involved.

There's a difference between what they want to happen and what needs to happen. The school/school board should have been looking to protect the girl. This is the kind of stuff you hear kids committing suicide over.

It's exactly like blaming guns for murder, except that 2nd Amendment absolutism defeats any civil or criminal exposure for a gun manufacturer.

We recognize there are limits to 1st Amendment Free Speech, and making porn without consent is one of those well recognized limits. Making child porn is one of those well recognized limits.

So while the factual scenario is hard to distinguish, the legal frame work results in a different outcome.

Of course the school district expelled the victim. Typical lack of common sense from the decision makers just trying to cover their own asses. Hope they fry.

I know there has already been debate about AI CP being considered 'not CP' because it is AI.

Exactly. If someone creates porn where the participants appear to be underage, but they are actually not, or they are just artificial creations that have no real age, can it be classified as CP? Great legal question to debate.

In this case, however, the victim is a real child, so there is no question in my mind.

Why are there fricking websites where this shite can be fricking made any fricking way. We have a useless fricking government.
Because our government is in bed with (and is heavily invested in) AI companies.

Oh I wasn't trying to make any defense in this case and if it seemed like I was I apologize.

And look at the way he barks at that poor little girl and makes her stand up like that during his overly rehearsed "closing argument".
Like she hasn't been through enough already. What an arse.

The boy should be charged with CP

I mean how is it not CP?

She cant even drive yet, the boy should be facing felony charges.

Its also why we need better laws regarding AI deep fakes to prevent things like this from happening.

I disagree. I cannot think of a legally protected reason to create a tool to make deepfake porn. It is not expression. It is not art.

For better or worse, guns are different. They have legally protected purposes.

Yes. The school board overruled the school on keeping her out. But only after the attorney‘s ripped them to shreds.
