Mr Bergeron is an “outsider” and that threatened the good ole boy politics in the parish. I support Mr Bergeron and the progress the parish is making under his administration.
I generally agree with the rest of your post, though it's a bit too much tin foil hat, but can you please poi

Real freezes here in Houma are few and far in between. I have 3 bibs outside. I have a splitter on all 3 and keep the hose connected on one side, and a Freeze Miser on the other side. First hard freeze I'll open the valve on the Miser and it generally stays on through February. Zero worries. Zero is

[quote]Actually it’s been really good as far as number of birds killed. Averaging around 5.5 birds per/hunter per hunt. Made over 30 hunts.

Nearly all birds taken have been ringnecks and blue wing teal. Killed 2 wigeon early. No grays.

Have seen large groups of canvasbacks, but they aren’t com

How's yall season been man? I've had a couple good hunts but pretty mediocre overall. Last weekend was pitiful. Few pairs o

That was all sarcasm. In reality, I'd put them top 3 for sure, probably top overall. Great fat content, great meat ratio, great tenderness, great color. Fantastic bird

There are 1000’s of Mexican Whistling Ducks in the LSU Lakes. Never seen them like this. Anybody hunting them in south LA? They have big thighs.
Terrible. Horrible. Taste like elephant cock (not that I know what that taste like). Definitely don't worry about killing them.

This. Like I said in the last thread, majority will only migrate as far as they absolutely need to. A good number will try to "weather the storm" on the backside just for shits and giggles. Gone are the days of mass migration based on solun

Agreed. And first crawfish have been harvested mid November for quite a while now (well over 10 years). And usually somewhere around $8/lb boiled for several years. February (depending on weather) will bring prices down a couple dollars. March (Lent) may go back up a bit. Then the bottom will fall o

Gotcha. Where you located? I have 2 boxes of Xpert #7 that I might be able to part with.

If not try calling Songys in Houma. He's been good about keeping 28ga, but this late in the season is a crap shoot.

Also, I just discovered that Hevi Steel makes a 2-3/4 #4. Definitely proud of them @ $30

What you need? I got a pile of Black Cloud 3" #4 that I just realized my sons gun only calls for 2.75". I'm an idiot. No wonder it didn't like fully ejecting them.

Navigable does not give you the right to hunt it or fish it

Pretty mid in Bayou Black/Terrebonne.

Hunted once each weekend. Had 7 first day, and 9 this past Sunday. Coulda, woulda, shoulda had a full 2 man both hunts but alas shite happens. 90% ringnecks, a few teal (bw & gw), a few woodies. Haven't seen the first big duck or whistler.

Yet somehow I
I would think strut spacers should solve it. They are cheap and stupid easy to install, provided you don't mind losing the factory raked stance.
Yeah, those tires arent wide at all but are 33" and will absolutely rub a stock truck. Is it completely stock or is there already a spacer on the top of the strut? Could you just trim fender?

I love these Loomis threads and the upvote/downvote trend.

Either Mickey himself is in here, or an assistant/family member is.

Every "good" post about him (on any thread) has 1 upvote, every "bad" post has a single downvote.

Its hilarious and obvious how everyone here agrees on these topi
