Every time it drizzles the carpet baggers in Nola freak out.
Anybody that grew up here has known for over 50 years that you need an amphibious ride to get around NOLA.

Gotta be real close to a landfall

Although the track has shifted north since yesterday. Looks like it may be in St. Bernard Parish instead of Plaquemines Parish. Shell Beach would be the closest community accessible by road
