I love going to my girlfriend aunts place in SB and house sitting for them. It’s a great area. I’m sad they closed the bar in spring branch.
You talking about the Shade Tree?

For better or worse San Antonio is like 10-15 years behind national trends

Airports and amusement parks also make this observation stand out.

As soon as I saw reference to “Texas version of New Iberia haircut” I immediately scrolled through the rest of the thread for pictures. I was not disappointed.

I wouldn’t say what you described is normal but I live in a town of 15k so who knows.

There's more than two groups in America out there, and it's crazy once you really start putting the patterns together.
1) Epstein list. Why is it not released.
2) Media. Why is it so dumbed down and rampantly biased.
3) Destruction of social norms. Why is this happening so fast?
4) War on terror. Why has this gone on so long and the only legal reason is a vague item voted on over 20 years ago.
5) Illegal immigration. Why have hard, hard rules not been put in place to stop this?
6) Declining birth rates and the lack of any sort of urgency to fix.
7) Why are we not fixing this weird corporate/government mix.
8) Brain rot. Media for a while now has been designed to rot our brains.
9) Why are we cool with politicians being allowed to invest in things they have non-public access to?

Variety is the spice of life baw. This country would be pretty lame if everyone were just like me. I’ve been traveling over the past week. Love seeing at the hipsters, dweebs, hicks, magas, handicapped, etc. all peacefully intermingling in real life. No extremism, no hate, none of it. Witnessed kind acts from a lot of different people. Real life is awesome !
100 bucks you don’t practice what you preach. You don’t live amongst them. I’ll wager your neighborhood is lily white.
But you are probably the guy who says “I’m not racist. I have black friends”.
