I'm confused on how these guys easily figured out which parlors were considered "sex parlors" and how they found 30 in Houston alone. They went in all of them and asked for a hand job?

Are there any legitimate Asian run parlors? my wife's been to a couple in the area. (not Houston) both seem legit according to her.
