I bought my wife an electric assist bike so we can ride together. No pedaling and it does not move.

Man, when you live near San Antonio you find them less interesting. I'm not saying all Latin women because generalizations are unfair, some are quite attractive from both a physical and personality perspective but many are not.

You own a business but did not address fraternization in your code of conduct. It sounds as though you need to update the employee handbook. It's best not to address it now because he is not breaking any rules. Once you establish the policy you can tell the participants to knock it off
