re: Is the Golden Triangle area in Texas any better than Louisiana?

Sounds like Louisiana without Cajun food
They actually have good cajun food. The people are mostly good old baws who have blue collar jobs. The towns are pitiful and offer no quality of life. Crime is not out of control but you will see a lot of ghetto there. Stayed for a few years but gtho of there

I had a cousin who was flying down 27 from Holly Beach towards the ferry. He failed to negotiate the curves at the ferry at launched his mother's Olds Broham Delta88 into the marsh. They walked away unscathed due to the fact the car was actually a small tank

From what I perceive:
-Obama tried to hand over $1B with no accountability required
-The war was absolutely necessary to destroy nuclear infrastructure and weaken them militarily
-The MOU is performance based and therefore cannot be judged as a good or bad idea
-The $300B will not be handed over in cash and instead represents investment and the MOU allows for oversight of how it is spent
Trump forced them to the table while they would have preferred another option. The "deal" is now a roadmap which both sides will attempt to control.

Mrs PJack drives a Lexus because she wants to think of herself as wealthy. I support it because when she needs anything she pulls into the dealership and drives away in a loaner which makes my life much easier. Lexus doesnt cost much more than a Toyota either, unless you shop on the top end of what they offer

This attempted hit was the coordinated, failed insurance policy after it was apparent that Biden was unfit post-debate. Then they installed Kamala.
This is my opinion. They wanted a full reset of the whole process and could have made an argument for keeping Biden shadow government in office for a longer period of time while the new process was initiated. Once they did that they would never have actually held elections and we would be headed towards a dictatorship.
Also, Crooks had been groomed for years and was activated. Appearing in the Black Rock commercial selling the idea they are good convinced him and his family to listen to those supporting Black Rock taking over ownership of the country. There are probably other families who were similarly groomed. Law enforcement needs to find whose who did the grooming and activated him.

Found the obit to answer my question and exactly as expected, there were three other kids in the home with different last names. One had the same last name. This woman was 31 with 4-5 children. She has zero ability to make decent choices and got one of her children killed. Very sad

Much respect to you. Some DIY guys enjoy doing blue collar type work and some do it because they are skilled and knowledgeable. Bragging about it makes you appear more manly, mission accomplished for you
If a person cannot or will not then they have to hire a business. Just because a neighbor can go but parts or materials and fix or repair that does not mean that performing the task is not worthy of being properly compensated.

DIY guys talking shite does nothing to help service businesses charge a fair rate.
When one first has to pay a person then cover all the related employment costs - recruiting, hiring, training, benefits, taxes and perks - that employee can cost $60-100 per hour. Find a good one and every competitor is flagging money in his face.
Put him in a truck or shop. One must meet all the regulations to operate in either environment and it is not cheap. Then the expenses have to be covered. Buying TP for the restroom all the way to insurance, rent and maintenance. Jose's shade tree car repair looks like a dump because it is when he is willing to work for wages.
Now factor in sales acquisition costs. Think about job costs. Think about warranty costs. As discussed, the cheap pay twice when buying tools.
That guy driving a Platinum F-250 is either paying it as a business expense or stressing his personal finances. Can you get rich? Maybe you can but most do not. It's a lving for the majority.
All you guys bitching about the prices should be bitching about the cost of doing business. From the costs manufacturing pays to supply materials all the way through the cost the laborer pays to complete the job there is some silk sock wearing soy boy trying to get a cut

America was founded on the basis of religious freedom. If we knowingly allow in those who intend to take that right away then we go against one of our founding tenets.
