Well, at least there's an actual service being performed under these fraudulent licenses.... unlike other groups.

My concern for this article is a lot of real names were given. The reporter should have anonymized them to protect them from whatever Asian mafia or CCP cells own these things. Nevertheless it sounds like they've figured out how to put a damper on these places.
