She says Brown gets within about 2 feet of the officer.
What does that matter? This is basic physics (vectors). That would be 300 lbs going in one direction and then a bullet going in the opposite direction....

Boom. This is the key to it all!

The story will become about the militarization and the handling of information by the police chief. We already saw that this morning. As long as they can still tie it back to race and feed on people's emotions to generate ratings, the media will milk this for all it's worth.

Brown goes about 35 ft out and turns around and taunts cop after being told to freeze. Brown takes off running back at cop and cop fires again. Last shot being in the forhead.
be crazy if true

Just to be clear. She said at least one accidental shot while they were fighting over the gun. Then the first one at MB came when he turned around and ran toward DW.
ETA: Need to check the gun for prints, but highly unlikely DW's are even there much less MB's if he got a hand on.

Would have to be on something potent to wrestle for the cops gun, then walk away. Only to turn back around and taunt him, followed by another charge. Some stupid people in this world, but I find that story a bit hard to believe.

kind of disputes the excessive force theory

be huge if he wasn't shooting him as he ran away also

I wonder was this before or after the transformation

What are the odds that a person commits a violent crime then shortly thereafter is gunned down for no reason other than walking in the street?

Yeah. She said it will come out that no shots were in the back...
Honestly, I don't believe anything either. The guy on twitter was just as believable since he was there. Amazing that we got these two bits of info so close to each other yet with contradicting versions.

That doesn't necessarily surprise me. Lets assume that her story is direct from the police officer, word for word (i realize that is a stretch to say the least). So we are comparing the cop's story and the tweets.
In events like this, it is far from rare for two people to witness the same event, and have completely different stories. Can't remember what the term for it is, but it is pretty common.

The 3rd hand account contradicts the report that the officer didn't know he was a suspect at the time of the shooting. That could be an inaccurate report or badly worded, however.

Sadly, that is what most people in Ferguson actually believe.

People have chosen sides or should I say want to believe one side over the other...its hard to believe all of this shite because of peoples motives.
