The tweet I posted includes a pic of Brown immediately following the shooting.
It is plausable that his weight would carry him forward if he was running towards the cop and fell.

Yeah the biggest doubt I have about her story is the last part. Maybe the officer trying to cya. I think that is the biggest hurdle the officer will have. Shooting at end while hands up surrendering or not.

This will be easily decided by where he was shot from. Easy to fall forward if running forward, really only way you could fall if still moving when last fatal shot was fired.
Caller also says he kept shooting because suspect kept running at him, assumed later he must of been high on something.
I refuse to believe anything from either side though.

He didn't mention race. He was talking to people who said it wasn't a big deal and others saying it would scar him.
He said the shooting pissed him off the most because he couldn't get to work.
Reading through, it's not some scam account.
Just happened in front of his house.
He says 2 in the back, and five in the front.

She says Brown gets within about 2 feet of the officer. As others have stated, ballistics will determine the truth

I don't think he understands that the police report given by Napoleon is for the robbery, not the shooting.

At this point the community won't believe anything that comes out. They didn't believe the info this morning and the chief came out at 3 and basically confirmed their thoughts. Whoever does the tox and ballistics will just be labeled as a conspirator.
