You shouldn’t be “explaining” shite to anyone, you little piece of genetic garbage.

Holocaust survivors read your posts and say “you know, maybe that eugenics thing wasn’t the worst idea.”

You couldn’t run a business any more than you could a marathon.

Although I think that most people that are “offended” are usually people seeking out attention, I think the restaurant may want to rethink how they display the flag. Maybe hanging it on a wall sends the wrong message and in today’s climate, you should probably have expected this. You’re going to run off customers for what? Principle of ‘Murica?

Why is it that normal, reasonable people need to always make the concessions? All that does is give legitimacy to these idiots' foolishness. No, reasonable people have conceded enough over the last 50 years. It's time to drum these morons out of society.
Never give an inch. Not one.

I would argue that unless it is advertised as a restaurant and museum, people will assume it is only what it is advertised as.. A restaurant.
Dude, as soon as you walk in, it’s quite obvious it’s military-themed as there are military artifacts all over the walls and ceiling. The flags are real from the WWII era, not reproductions.

There used to be a military Hummer out front.

The owner is a retired marine and earned the Silver Star in Vietnam. He doesn’t care about any whining idiots.

I mean, the owner may also want to think about context when hanging a nazi flag in his business.

“South side Cafe and WW2 memorabilia display” might not be a great business model

Or

You could just stay the hell out if it offends you

If it’s a nice piece of memorabilia, display it a different way. In a case, with a placard or something explaining what it is and why it’s there. Hanging it on the wall most definitely isn’t the correct way to go about doing it.

It is in a frame with a placard.

They have a Japanese flag too:

And there is absolutely no way anyone in good faith could think this restaurant is promoting Nazism. It’s 100% pro-American to the core. Look at this place:

The comments on that Dude's post are what's wrong with the country. None of them dumb MFers bothered to Google the restaurant?
The upside is Soutside Cafe just gained a few more customers. That memorabilia and food both look amazing.

The triggered idiots will end up bringing them more business. People locally love that place. It’s an institution over there. It’s probably for the best that the offended types stay away.

Not to be "that guy", but the soldier who captured that nazi flag was not in the USMC

So it

1. Was in a frame, not being flown
2. Had a plaque explaining the origin
3. Was part of a larger display of WWII memorabilia

And people are still upset about it?
