Contact your local blind services association. Also, if you don’t already have an iPhone, get one. My dad has gone blind and both of these make a big difference.
Find a hobby, job, friend that can get you out of the house daily. You need to keep moving and keep learning to adapt. It will be challenging, but will serve you well.

Sometimes you do things just to see if you can do them. A cycle like this goes back to our ancestral roots. Kill something, eat grand. Don’t kill something, you might go hungry awhile. Exercise with sprints or short bursts of high energy. Primal.

The meat isn’t the problem. Try intermittent fasting, eat in a 6 or 8 hour window. I’m carnivore and did this recently to drop last pounds. My total cholesterol dropped like 50 points.

Hit black ice at full speed a few days ago on the interstate. 70 mph, did a 360 and went sideways through the median on to the other side. Vehicle didn’t flip and no cars were on the other side. But it passed by slowly with clear and semi-calm thoughts of “well, this may be it” and “you’ve got to be kidding me… like this?”
