XM has become horrible. If I wasn't on the "threaten to cancel" $5 plan, I'd drop it. No way I'd pay more than that, especially with the shitty signal.

They must be having satellite issues because it happens all over. Must be all those discounts you get for calling each time the thing renews

I have problems between the College Drive exit and the 10-12 split.

It also goes in and out on LA-1 between the base of the bridge and Dow. That's half my drive to work. Not even sure why I still pay for this service.

I called Sirius friday about this and they reset my signal. Took maybe 5 mins and it's gotten a lot better.
Do you mind posting contact info for the folks you spoke with ?

I experience multiple dead spots on my drive in from the LP to work on Corporate...around the Range overpass, Millerville and again on Corporate Drive. It's very aggravating.

Mine did it too until I cancelled.

Certain stations would almost never cut out and certain ones would cut out the same spots every day.

I think it's either the original xm or original Sirius channels that do it. There is a signal issue with the channels still carried on those legacy satellites.

I got this figured out. If a cell phone tower is to the north and east of your position, you’re gonna have some interference.

Lemme know if you guys see the same.

I got rid of Sirius/XM because of so many dead spots around the Thibodaux/Houma area. They offered me all kinds of deals to keep it, but what's the point if I can barely listen to it.

There's a spot on Perkins around the Perkins Rowe/post office area. There's a big radio tower there, so maybe that's the cause.

I have only experienced this sitting at a light under an overpass or around lots of tall buildings.

No kidding...Johnston at Ambassador , Kaliste Saloom at Ambassador, Camellia at Kaliste Saloom, E. Broussard at Johnston are all terrible intersections. Just to name a few.
