Driving in today’s Louisiana, these cameras are almost a must have. It’s not going to keep you from getting into an accident, but it sure will make your life so much easier if you ever do.

I had a lady bump me as I was waiting to make a right on to Airline Hwy. I got out and she stayed in the car with her phone in her hand saying she was calling the cops because I rolled back and hit her. I kindly got my phone, opened the app and asked her if she would like to watch herself hit the back of my truck while she called the cops. She immediately changed her attitude.

I have the Mangoal front and rear for my truck. 24’ Silverado. The front hooks in with the rearview mirror and looks factory. You have to really look to tell it’s a camera. The rear one is about the size of a tube of Lipstick and it sticks to the window with dbl sided tape. Zero complaints thus far.

I never did until about 3 years ago when I had a rear tire damn near come off 8 miles from the dealership where I had picked my truck up from service. 2 lug nuts were all that was holding my wheel on by the time I was able to pull to the shoulder.
I notified the dealership and to my surprise looked into the matter and called me back. It appeared that the technician only hand tightened that wheel and was asked to come look at something else. He never went back and torqued the nuts on that 1 wheel.
The dealership offered to inspect the lug bolts and rim for damage if I wanted.

I did not have any issues with my wireless CarPlay until Sunday when I updated my phone to the "supposed update" that was supposed to fix the wireless bugs.

Now mine will connect and show on the screen, but wont play music thru the speakers. It plays on the phone... :banghead:

Enjoy the time you have left with him. I had to put mine down last May. He was 13. Not a day goes by that I don’t miss ole hard head. I still find myself watching my 6 when I open the pantry door still expecting him to come barreling in to see what I might drop on the floor. :lol:
