Well, this depends on the demographics of the shooter and victims.

That's a surprise. Iam so glad I left Shreveport. Was ok in the 80's. I never thought I would like living in the country away from all the stores and having to drive an hour to grocery shop. But now I don't have to lock my doors or worry that my car would get stolen.

It’s tough because this is the actual definition of a “mass shooting”, but we really need a new term for when some poor black dude kills a bunch of people as to not inflate the stats for “mass murder”.
This shite happens in Chicago monthly and the media tries to sound the “mass shooting” alarms.
This one is especially sad because of the children involved, but it really need a different category or headline

Arrest form states that he told the cops somebody pulled up to his house, got out with a gun, so he sprayed 5 shots with his Ruger 9mm at the car as it was driving away while children played on the school playground across the street... unbelievable he was not charged with attempted murder and that he is walking free 7 years later.

If this is accurate, it should be a national controversy. But we all know it won’t be.
