The cease and desist will only backfire on this and draw more attention.
These things will resell on eBay for like $10k. There’s only 100.

30 is nothing. 30 is borderline legal for a kid (I think our law is 25 and under if no license)
The problem is the nicer ones go much faster. 75 mph.
The police will impound those ones.
No they will not get banned when some kids die or grandma gets a brain injury unfortunately. Couple years ago there was a kid few towns up that (intentionally) crashed into an elderly man and it killed him. There’s been 2 or 3 kids die in our area in the past few months from accidents. Hell just this weekend at a little league game I saw a kid get hit on one crossing an intersection.
No laws will change. Parents will keep buying these for their kids.
Police aren’t allowed to pursue because it’s too dangerous to the ebiker. I was with a group that one of the husbands called the cops, the kid rode by and said frick you to the cop and drove away. He knows he can’t do shite

re: ESPN: LIV has received "significant interest" from potential investors

Oh i’m not saying it will be successful or profitable.
Probably just where LIV is best suited for. Yes some of the players are way too qualified, but everyone on LIV is irrelevant anyway.
It’s a shite product that has more money behind it than YouTube golf, so it’s a good spot for it to land and they can get like a couple hundred thousand views per video.
I mean they have like 12k people watching their broadcasts currently. It’s the worst rated sport there is by viewership. Im arguing that a pivot to YouTube golf means some people will actually watch it

This is actually the best idea i’ve heard yet, and the most possible to keep alive.
YouTube golf has become a huge market.
The Bryan Bros just started a golf league tour.
So this would essentially become the better version of that. On YouTube. And the YouTube people would watch it

not really though, because it took much more europeans and international players than americans. that was the point was europe was their home base.
but yes LIV is a shite product that nobody gives AF about

re: Wish me luck.......colonoscopy tomorrow
Posted by Zzyzx on 5/20/26 at 5:39 pm to FieldEngineer
I recommend to everyone. Sedation for colonoscopy became a thing because guys don’t want something shoved up their butt, and the doctor always pushes for it because they don’t trust the patient to just be still and chill for 15 minutes and if someone has to come sedate you after they start, they have to start all over. Its not worth it.
No sedation could not have been easier. I don’t remember how long it was, maybe 15ish minutes. I watched everything on screen the doctor saw and she pointed things out to me along the way.
Plus no sedation means you can drive yourself home. No big deal.
Without sedation it’s a faster appointment than a teeth cleaning or yearly doctor checkup.

Really the best advice (which admittedly offputs a lot of people) that saves time and money and was easy as can be is doing no sedation.
Sedation for colonoscopy kinda came on out of nowhere and now people do it because it seems common place (and dudes don’t like the thought of something being shoved up their arse) but it is largely not necessary.
That’s my only tip for those who haven’t done one. Save you some time and money. I had saw a bunch of info about not using sedation, so I did one without. It was quick and honestly interesting to see it in real time and be able to talk with the doctor and ask/answer questions.

technically setting the island on fire will give people a greater chance to realize he is stranded than just one flare

What’s the appeal to this?
It looks like a putt putt golf ball, which mentally would refrain me from hitting it well.
Plus an all black ball seems so much easier to lose

God are the Oscar requirements that fricking stupid? I knew the were bad and woke, but those are unbelievable.
I wonder when the tides turn and movies start to be made for audiences instead of pandering to awards.
Those will be the movies people want to see

She kinda looks like Eminem now
The problem is this works for democrats, keep Bass off the stage/TV and she’ll be out of sight out of mind for any bad moments.
They’ll still vote for her in droves

tbh I’d love the world to shut down again. less visits with people you don’t want to see. More golf. Stock market crash so i can pump more money in.

That’s what I was wondering.
He was way too prepared for this like they rehearsed it.
Why is a crackhead running full speed at a guy on the phone, and why can he tell from like 50 feet away he needs to just body check him
