I have never been a fan of the Seamaster, much prefer the Planet Ocean (which technically is a Seamaster but...).
Of the two I would take the Rolex 116610. While it isn't a ceramic bezel it is just the iconic dive watch even when the Blancpain Fifty Fathoms is in the mix.
