I hope Swimply or whatever its called provides some good insurance for the people who list their backyards for rent. Your homeowner insurance isn't going to cover anything that happens in a situation like that. Whether its damage to your property caused by the renters or the liability if someone gets hurt.
The type of people who would rent someone else's backyard are the ones who would have way more people over than they were supposed to have and be using patio furniture as diving platforms to do flips into a crowded pool. The odds of property damage and/or injuries are high

The first lawsuit involving homeowner's insurance is going to be a good follow. People are so stupid sometimes.

Costs less than $100 a month to maintain ours. I’d be concerned about liability.

Bbbbingo. Couple wanted to buy out last house and then backed out he contract to buy a house that was $100000 more in just so happened to be our new neighborhood. Because it had a pool. It’s been up for short sale for two weeks now.

Fun fact, I've never peed in my own pool that I built. I don't think I'd ever rent it out as they would use it as a bathroom. If they are renting it but they ain't going to get out of it to pee in the bathroom that's air conditioned. F*** that.
