My daughter (8 years old) went to a classmate’s birthday party at one of these. She had a blast with a slide and everything included towel, blue tooth speakers and all.

The house is fully owned by my LLC that only owns use of the house from my other LLC. I’m only required by the landlord to carry contents insurance. The house is worth less than the Swimply insurance.

I always cringe when stuff like this is brought up. People need to think about "Liability" in case someone gets injured. It is not worth the potential pain in your wallet.
