Well then, those who suffered should get that at one time with the 1st payment or get an extesnsion....
BTW. Sorry but I doubt that went on for over 10 weeks.....

Ok, I'll tell my Dad and his $8,000 unemployment check that he must be full of shite

Maybe, maybe not
It’s certainly not enough to have saved enough to continuing paying rent, if they’re still furloughed or whatever

Have heard them beating their damn drums and blowing car horns all morning. Been driving me crazy.

I know a few people that didn't get there first check until 10-12 weeks later. Should their landlords have started the eviction process?
Do you think they are in with this crowd? My understanding is that there has been a no-eviction policy in place since mid-March when this all started. But if I knew I qualified for unemployment and was just waiting on delayed money, I would do a cash advance from credit cards, payday loans or whatever I had to do to pay my rent until the money came if I had a landlord that was trying to evict me. It would suck, but that's what I would do.

Maybe they shouldn’t have wasted their unemployment checks on those signs

If they were late on their rent, they should pay up for late fees to cover the eventual fees the owner may incur from his lenders.
Why does your empathy lie with those unable to pay the rent and not those who are holding the mortgage? If evictions should be halted, so should foreclosures..... If foreclosures are halted, taxes should be waived...… frick it, NOBODY PAYS!!!!
EVERYTHING IS FREE!!!!
fricking MORONS.

Top pic, bald guy with the homemade white tee. He looks like he needs a swift kick in his lady balls.

Sound observation, I guess
A lot of people are going to be in a lot of trouble in about 30 days. That’s the point
