Regulated differently, but legalization didnt end bootlegging.

dispensaries say eking out a profit is growing harder, as a glut of weed production pushes prices lower -- a boon for blissed-out pot consumers, but a bane for growers and retailers.

Just got back from Boulder. There’s pot dispenseries EVERYWHERE. Went to one shopping center and there were THREE different dispenseries right next to each other. Of course they’re not making any money when there are so many vendors for people to choose.

Legal weed is a lot like crypto, meaning, a bunch of retards thought they would get rich off of it way too late in the game

The connstruction industry hasn't seemed to notice.

We see both growing facilities and retail still popping up all over the south.

Requiring sick people to attend a class and pay $200 for a "medical" card is asinine and simply a way to feed the hogs at the trough.

It literally took me a minute and a half over the phone with a doctor and i had a medical license the same day and only cost me $50

The demand is not as great as the supply. Guess what happens? The price drops. Need to allow growing/testing across state lines.

That would lower prices.

What state are you in? Here in Florida you have to pay like 3-400 bucks every 4 -6 months to keep your card active.

I don't even buy/smoke enough weed for it to be worth it for me to pay that amount for a med card.

The good ole state of Louisiana. Capital Wellness in BR works with lots of out of state docs. The one i talked to was @ Releaf in Mizzou. It took me longer to take a piss then to get a medical card

Some women came into my friends daquiri bar and I was getting high just standing next to them. This was around 3:30 in the afternoon. Probably just picked up the kids from school.
Wait... it was the weed smell and not the daiquiris at 3:30 in the afternoon that has you clutching your pearls about 'the children'?

National Cannabis Industry Association (NCIA) warned in a report this month.

Its their job to get more favorable regulation and taxes for their members. I wouldn't put a lot of stock in the report.

80% of the weed grown in California is sold on the black market. Mom & pop growers can't compete with the massive industrial grow facilities. Nobody is buying weed from a dispensary but tourists, rich soccer moms & elderly people. Weed is far better on the street & nobody, I repeat NOBODY is putting fentanyl in weed that they are selling. This is a fricking myth!

Leafly investigation: Fentanyl-laced marijuana is a myth. It’s time to end the hype

Weed dealers don’t put fentanyl in cannabis

Last I checked, tsa isn't chartered to search for drugs. I'm sure they'll confiscate it if you are totally careless, but they aren't looking for it.

We had Ecstasy for that when I was young. It was legal until it wasn't. One day it was OK to have. The next day getting caught with 50 of them meant serious prison time.
