The dog doesn’t look really comfortable in that picture.
If I saw it looking like that, I would slowly back off and remove myself from the situation.

That dog looks very uncomfortable. Seems to be whale eyed and lip licking. Yawning and turning head away are other signs. Wonder how many signs this dog gave.
