Are you feeding him around your other dogs? Could he be worried that they will take it from him? If so, maybe try feeding him in a different location so he knows the food is only for him?

My lab will go 2 to 3 days sometimes not eating then she’ll eat regularly for a while then she’ll go for a month and eat about half of what her normal amount is. My theory is dogs eat when they’re hungry.
