Cook can choose to have a smoke break before getting started. Driver can choose to make a personal errand on way to my house. The system only works if the delivery guy is able to deliver a certain number of hot/warm pizzas in a certain amount of time. If every customer acted like you, then they would need to hire more delivery drivers and prices would go up.
Luckily only one person like you won't bring down the system.
