The majority of your cases are focused in Atlanta. I'm sure the mayor of Atlanta will tailor their response accordingly, but why make other parts of the state follow the same procedures as Atlanta, when they are in no way like Atlanta?
ETA: This is the same issue across the entire country. There are people who feel that the entire country should have the same response as NYC. Why? The majority of the country is nothing like NYC.
There's a reason why we were set up as a dual federalist country. What is best for Iowa is not what is best for New York.

Yes your highly intelligent rambling of "liberals bad" was way too advanced for my small brain.

I’m glad you can realize this. Acceptance is the first step to recovery.

Plenty of Republicans on the boards disagree with Trump’s statement

well all you have to do to avoid any risk, is stay home.
See how simple that is?

Because it is great that they are opening. Again, a lot of people who voted for trump in 2016, will vote for him again in 2020, and support a lot of his policies don’t agree with every opinion he has.
In fairness, you certainly wouldn’t know this by reading the poli board.
And the OT lately has been looking a little bit like poli board-lite.

Poli Board went to shite. I joined TD in November 2016 and there used to be a lot of good articles posted, ideas debated, and actual disagreements.
That’s not it anymore.

When has objectivity ever stopped him from spouting idiocy? Just let it happen and he’ll peter out.

So you came to the new and improved OT for that

A good 50% of opinions about anything to do with COVID have been based on whether they help or hurt Trump, including on this board. It's ridiculous.
As for Georgia, I don't know anyone rushing out to do anything in response to Kemp's order, but I live in Atlanta. If you live in Madison or Waleska or something, maybe you're inclined to go eat out or get a haircut. Supposedly a lot of salons and nail places here (Atlanta) aren't going to reopen yet anyway.
Truth is I don't know that many people who are truly stir crazy anyway. Everyone is outside grilling and drinking with neighbors everyday after they finish WFH. I'm sure people are tired of having kids at home, but in general the governor's order isn't changing plans around here. It's just another topic for debate.

THe same Trump that praised the Liberate protests that were protesting Governor issued shutdowns across a handful of states doesn't agree with a governor's decision to rescind the shutdown orders.
It's just more Trump talking out of both sides of his mouth so he can have it both ways. One day people are going to wake up and realize he has very few real opinions, especially in situations that potentially give him accountability for those opinions.

People will decide - just like in Sweden. People were slow to get this, and we Americans are an unruly people, but they get it now. Open back up, and let people decide how much distancing they need. Only mandate the obvious...no crowds, no travel from highly infected countries/regions, no schools (because children are dirty little buggers), etc. This is the roadmap

No I just don’t post there nearly as much as I used too.
This board has basically turned into the COVID, Trump, Sluts board though.

Most people know that now
But obviously I'll take someone pretending to care about right-leaning policies over someone who actually cares about left-leaning policies.
