At the same time, Trump added, Kemp "must do what he thinks is right."
Kemp said he appreciated Trump's critique – and praised his "bold leadership and insight during these difficult times" – but would stick with a plan in which businesses re-open carefully with restrictions designed to limit the spread of the coronavirus.
Trump said it's "just too soon" for places like "spas and beauty salons and tattoo parlors and barber shops."
"I love them, but they can wait a little bit longer," Trump said. "Just a little bit, not much."

Kemp isn't opening any facilities. He's allowing the facilities the freedom to open when they feel ready to do so. Imagine that. Freedom.

On what basis are the facilities going to open? Are they going to be responsible about it or are we going to have packed bars and barbershops spreading disease again?

It's kind of hard for you lock step Democrats to understand freedom. However we can agree and disagree at will with people and politicians. It's not like you democrats who know you will get voted off the island if you dare to form an opinion contrary to what the leadership demands of you.

Guess what? It doesn't matter whether we open now, May 1 or June 1. The result is going to be the same. We have met the goal of ensuring that the medical system won't be overwhelmed. It is now time to open.

Because it is great that they are opening. Again, a lot of people who voted for trump in 2016, will vote for him again in 2020, and support a lot of his policies don’t agree with every opinion he has.

That's the beauty of this all, individuals, even if they belong to the same political party, are allowed to disagree.
While Im excited to get my haircut, Im still surpised Kemp pulled the trigger so fast. South Carolina I understand. Other states where they have 100 or less deaths I understand. GA has about 20,000 confirmed positives with over 800 deaths, so it is a bit surprising that we would be one of the first to reopen, even if our numbers may be slowing down.
I respect what Kemp is doing, nonetheless. That move took balls for sure. I really dont expect a big surge in cases from this either. From everything I have seen most GA residents prefer to stay in at this time. That is certainly their right to do so.

I don't think they were spreading diseases in the first place. They will have to abide by all the measures put in place regarding Covid. Nobody is packing anything right now. You should know that.

But where are those cases and deaths happening? Can they be contained rona relatively small area where additional state measures can be enacted to best contain it?
