For the record you are right and I do completely agree with this. No need for every county to have the exact same response. In GA, Daugherty County has had a pretty big outbreak, accounting for 100 deaths on their own in a country of 44,000. Meanwhile, I have an aunt who stays in one of those rural counties in South GA. Last I checked they had 11 cases in 0 deaths. Yet all she does is post on fb, "dont go outside your house unless you want to die"

There is no reason Daugherty County and the other ATL counties should have the same restrictions as the middle of nowhere counties.

The same goes for states where they have well under 100 deaths. They dont need to get treated like New York where they have 20,000.

There you go! People making decisions based on their unique situations. That's the way this should work.

In fairness, while most/all politicians are fakes, Trump takes it to an extreme.

Many of us (rightly, I think) believe he has no real guiding principles other than being seen as successful and bringing glory to himself. I vote for him because I'm fine with it - if he brings acclaim to himself, it probably means he did well for the country.

But I don't think he really cares about my ideology, my family, faith, or even things I think are fundamental to American/western culture.

My only real qualm with Kemp is that we've shutdown everything already and don't really have a great record for ending the shutdown.

Sort of a "we've done all this shite, don't mess it up now" thing. It just strikes me as a largely political move. I'd love to be in a position where Georgia has kicked arse in testing and crushing the curve and we're the first to reopen as a result. But that's not really the case.

Regardless, it's not a big deal IMO. Things won't be markedly different tomorrow/Monday in most populated parts of GA.
