that's not a strawman. you said inflation is not possible

if it's not possible, then why can't we print our way into everyone being billionaires?

is the debt then NOT denominated in its native currency? that was your argument, correct?

Ouch. Hard pass from me.

If it makes you happy though, then that's what counts.

No chance this will be passed at this point. Too close now to starting the recovery phase.

Interest on the debt is currently $381B per year. If Bush 2/Obama/Trump wouldn't have ran that number up over the past two decades we could run surpluses year over year by just reducing military spending to Y2K levels.

At the rate we are going, interest on the debt will be the largest spending item we have in a decade.

It's not their money, and regardless of policy we keep electing them. The system is broke.

We'll just print more money to pay it back. According to some on here, that debt doesn't exist

reducing military spending

Why is it always military that gets the axe? Why is it never handouts by big brother that gets the axe. Military spending isn’t even close to the amount percentage wise that handouts are.

Families with children would get $500 per child per month for up to three children.

In your wildly unrealistic scenario and completely illogical scenario we’d simply raise taxes to offset the increase in aggregate demand.
