Dude. Fix your numbers.

It would make much more sense off of Hood road not Buddy Ellis, either way I don't buy it at least not yet.

As long as it is not built on top of or next door to homes that are already there, and it will actually pay taxes, sure, go ahead.

People in a rural area in our state have complained about low water pressure and higher electric bills.

Y'all wont have a drop of water nor any electricity left and the low pitched noise pollution will drive everyone mad and have cats and dogs mating what one with the other. I saw all of that and some really bad shite on the book of faces recently....
The thing that may actually be concerning is a massive industrial facility which was handed over massive tax incentives taking about 3 years to build and being obsolete in about 5.....those things sitting empty for years will be worse than malls and kmarts sitting empty in an area...and there is some indication that all of that may actually be a realistic scenario given the pace of technology. Who knows what the future may hold but one thing that is pretty certain is that technology doesn't age well or long.....

META Richland is paying $22 million per year in PILOT (payment in lieu of taxes); Space X will pay $25 million per year in PILOT.
Zero chance that they are putting a data center in Livingston Parish large enough to generate $30 billion; let alone $30 million.

Wait, you think they’ll build a data center without a tax exemption?!? Lolol
