This is exactly it, we booked it for 2 days the day we needed it and the price was cut by almost 60%. Obviously that isn't how you always want to book hotels but being that the cubs were in town it was a hell of a deal and a great place to stay. Easy walk to Wrigley and a bus stop right down the block we took it in to city it was maybe 15 minutes really not an issue. Id say it just depends on what you are looking for ease to the stadium can't be beat from this place and it is like a little baseball museum.
I don't disagree it is easy to take the redline as for the first few days of our trip we were on the other side of the city and took the redline to Wrigley. With that said you can have some sketchy people with you and if it is his lets say elderly dad and son who could be on the younger side being right around the stadium for those 2 days and in the very safe area could be ideal. Its still easy to get to river north from there as well on busses or uber if wanted.
You want baseball centric and in Wrigleyville we stayed at this place for a couple days last year after our Airbnb had some issues and honestly might have been my favorite hotel ever just based on the baseball items it had.

I grew up in laplace... post Katrina it is a shite hole i would never live there also it now has flooding problems.

Most of this is probably correct. I think we bring in a MIF to compete through the portal. Probably 1 or 2 outfielders as well. Bruan probably sticks at 1st with Serna and Bide splitting time at DH and Catcher. Pearson may get some competition at 3rd as well.
So you believe none of the Freshman or Arrambide are good at all?
ABS works even if the catcher has the ball bounce off his glove correct? It wont mess up the reading as the ball bounces back across the front of the plate?
His numbers have improved but im not sure Raking is a proper term for him hitting .258. I have no clue if he has completely changed his approach.
