I don't waste my time making my bed.
It’s good for your brain to complete a task first thing in the morning. Doesn’t have to be making your bed, could be making a pot of coffee but it’s important to do it first thing.

Does pissing count?

I stay away from people, this both keeps my annoyance levels down and keeps me from talking to judges.

Take free online courses from Hillsdale College. I’ve taken the Genesis course from the religion section, the Federalist Papers from political and currently taking Dante’s Divine Comedy from literature.

I only eat when hungry and stop when I’m full.

Not really, your body does that naturally and it’s not challenging your brain in any way. Maybe if you do some multiplication tables in your head while you’re pissing.

I exercise when I wake up, doesn't matter how little I do I make sure it's something. If I don't have time for the gym I'll do sprints for 10 minutes.

Besides exercise I sit on the back deck with my dog when I get the chance. Especially on long/stressful days. Where as before it would be to grab alcohol or watch tv. It’s relaxing
I do this as well. I have a sugar kettle with goldfish in it. I throw them a handful of dog foot then sit on my swing and watch them eat it. It's simple but I enjoy it enough to where I'm not tempted to pull my phone out.

going for walks with my wife
I do this as well. She doesn’t always tag along but I walk for about an hour each evening after dinner.
I have found my mental health to be vastly improved over the last 6mo or so of doing this.
No music, if anything I listen to a podcast but generally just take in my own steps/breathing and allowing my brain to calm down from a world of constant stimulation.
I also don’t mess with my phone after 830. It’s generally on silent/DND until the morning.

I find books far more interesting than "who wants to marry a midget" or whatever else is on TV.
Spoken like someone who hasn’t seen season 3.
