We were voting last weekend and a middle-aged couple rolled their damn dog in, in a stroller. The thing was barking and cutting up.

There is a lady at my office that bring her English Bulldog in every day. Not sure why she needs it. Cool dog, but definitely doesn’t belong in an office.

Not at all. Sounds like you're just a miserable a-hole OP who doesn't like dogs. No one says you have to like them of course, but I go out to any number of parks here in Lexington after work every evening to run and many of them have dog parks. Can't say I've encountered what you're talking about at all. People walk their dogs.

We take ours to Lowe’s or sometimes an outdoor patio if they explicitly allow dogs. She’s like 20 pounds.
