Can I assume by that you did scan it and there are no codes, including soft codes?

The thermostat is likely stuck partially closed. Should be an easy fix.

Air trapped in cooling system or weak water pump

It’s a Chrysler product

Thermostat shermostat.
It is the Chrysler Gremlins that are causing your problems. Or the curse of the Dodge Brothers. Maybe the infamous quality control known all across the Stellantis group.
Take your pick. No matter, though, it is your own fault for owning a Chrysler product. Never again for me.

Easy to check with a water hose.

Weak radiator fan motor. Spray a water hose in the front of the radiator and see if the water slows the fan down. If it does replace it.

If stuck closed, why would it not overheat at idle?
you are right about it's function (coolant flow), but car doesn't get that hot just idling a couple minutes. poster who said thermostat much is on point.

Typically a vehicle Not overheating at idle but getting hot while driving is an indicator of a restricted radiator;however, I'm aware your radiator was replaced late '24. This does NOT automatically rule out the radiator but since it is approx only 18 months old the thermostat is next on the list of probabilities. You must understand that there are many things that could cause your issue- I'm giving you the "most likely" scenarios based off of 40 yrs of being a professional mechanic. Many in this thread have suggested installing a T&G(thermostat and gasket) and I agree with them. You can spend time shooting down any suggestion but sooner or later you have to DO something and if what you do doesn't fix it at least you can remove it from the list of possibles. The cost of a thermostat and how high it is on the list of possibilities make it an easy decision. It is NOT a difficult job to do.
Make certain to refill the system properly after you do the job. Getting the air out of that system requires some know how.

Do not over-torque the thermostat housing.

Years ago I removed my thermostat because of overheating. Then forgot about it for years. One advantage of living in the south where it rarely gets below freezing.

A temp gun would help isolate this. Collapsed radiator hose, thermostat stuck, water pump, etc.
You can have the radiator cap off on a cold engine and then start it up. You should see flow when it gets up to proper temp if the thermostat is working properly even at idle.
