I bought a car from them for my daughter five yrs ago. Car has been trouble free and buying experience was quick and painless. I'd recommend them with no problem.

I second this. Honda often has a low oil sensor. Lowe oil can cause what you're describing. Good luck to you.

I would have the soil tested in the area near the big tree. The test kit is free of cost as is the soil test. It takes the guess work out of it. It takes a bit of time;however, you increase your chances of success on your project. Good luck to you.
